Fraudulent Email Alert

Like many multinationals around the world, we have recently been subject to attempts to defraud our consumers by email. It has come to our attention that a number of emails purporting to be from representatives of Pepsi, frequently using the Pepsi trademark and asking either for cash payments or personal information, are being sent to consumers across the UK and Europe.

If you receive one of these emails, it is highly likely to be fraudulent with no connection to either PepsiCo or Britvic Soft Drinks (PepsiCo’s authorised bottler in the UK). Please do not reply to the email, transfer any money into unknown accounts, or provide any personal details to the sender.

If you have any doubts about an email you have received which shares the above characteristics, please forward it to britvic@britvicresponse.co.uk so we can confirm its authenticity or otherwise. We are doing all we can to stop the fraudulent emails but in the meantime please exercise caution.
